VONJO Connect™ provides information regarding insurance coverage and financial assistance options that may be available to help you access VONJO. VONJO Connect can:
- Evaluate your insurance coverage, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, and appeal support
- Assist with understanding payer requirements
- Identify potential financial assistance options that may be available to help you with financial needs
- Answer logistical questions and provide information and confirmation around the specialty pharmacy fulfillment process
Patient assistance offerings
VONJO Connect can provide information and evaluate your eligibility for the following programs:
- VONJO Copay Assistance Program*: For eligible patients who have commercial prescription insurance. You may pay as little as $25 per prescription fill and may receive up to a maximum benefit of $25,000 for a 12-month period
- VONJO Patient Assistance Program (PAP)†: Provides VONJO at no cost to patients who meet the PAP program eligibility requirements
- VONJO QuickStart Program†: Can provide a limited supply of VONJO at no cost to eligible new patients experiencing an insurance-related delay in coverage
- VONJO Bridge Program†: Can provide a limited supply of VONJO at no cost to eligible patients experiencing a gap in coverage for VONJO
